ClientAccess terminal emulation uses interactive capacity on the server side, but the client definitely is a GUI app. It's just designed to LOOK like and ACT like a character terminal. Anybody who wants to can create a non-interactive-capacity-using GUI client that provides the same ease and speed of data-entry. Apparently nobody wants to because "Why create a GUI app that looks and acts like an ugly terminal?" Of course, if the _actual requirement_ is physical terminals rather than terminal emulators, it's not quite the same question.
