Hi Chris, Thanks, the problem has been solved. I even had Murphy whisper in my ear: my fellow contractor at this customer had set CHGTCPDMN PORT(99) instead of 53 in an attempt to stop the AS400 from apparently PINGing something, causing the WebRamp to dial in the middle of the night and run up the phone bill when no one was actually using it. Once I found the problem, he remembered what he'd done (it was a long time ago).
