With all due respect, renaming IBM commands can get you into a lot of
trouble. You are better off to secure the command.

And I renamed the command CLROUTQ because some 'senior systems analyst' ran
that a few times a day on QEZJOBLOG.
Also recommended. Keep the users on Basic mode and they won't see joblogs.
They use GO CLEANUP to manage them. But I am sure this analyst taught them
Intermediate and told them 'just delete them'.
