Hi all, I've had a nose through the archive, there was a thread 16 months ago on this subject, but it didn't have a particularly good match for my problem ... a) I have an asynchronous modem attached to a V.24 port on my AS/400; b) I want to use it to automatically transfer a (small) file to a remote AS/400; c) I guess I need to configure an Asynch Line, Controller and Device for it; d) I would like to be able to use a DDM file, or perhaps FTP to do the transfer, as I plan to use a CL program to control the process (RPG is not an option). Can someone point me in the right direction for the config and most appropriate transfer technique ? I've also had a look in the manuals and redbooks ... no luck.
