With all due respect, I suspect that this is an early warning for the
"TAXDATABASEUSE" command.  If IBM were to be to be so stupid to do this,
this would be bad for the system, as it would cause third party databases
to port to the system.  (And, of course, be less reliable than OS/400.)

There almost is or will be soon. If you do a WRKSYSSTS command
at V4R5 or higher, you'll see a mysteries entry in line two of the
data: "%DB capability". Looks like a CFINT-like 'feature' or a
capacity-on-demand feature where the capacity is there, and you
just have to SENDMORE money followed by ADDDSKSPC.  :-)
