Thank you Alexie, Looks like a call stack entry is a request processor if it contains *Rqs messages in its pgm msg queue that have been received from the *EXT msgq and moved to the pgm msg queue. ( system does this when "RCVMSG Pgmq(*Ext) MsgType(*Rqs) Rmv(*No)" is run ) You might be able to simulate this by sending a *Rqs msg direct to the msgq of the pgm. When ENDRQS is run, the system locates the relative call stack request processor entry and sends a CPF1907 *Escape message to it. The *Escape msg kills the pgms in the call stack that it flies over and is monitored by the requester pgm. Take a bow, OPM ! Very well done.
