You have found MY system value. I lobbied for this system value for six years, and I finally got it. The system value support starts in V4R3, but in V4R2, if you have the PTF SF47472, there will be a data area in QGPL called QPRCFEAT that will contain what your looking for. You may have to re-ipl to have the data area created.
