This isn't a automated number you can call, but.... If you call the NON emerency number of your local E911 center (Dispatch, Telecommuncation, Sheriff or Police Dept. etc.) and ask if they can help, they usually can. It all depends on how busy they are (maybe the size of the city, county, etc) and their policies. I wouldn't do it every day, but in a pinch it will work. All Computer Aid Dispatch works off the phone number. That's why when you hang up after making a E911 call, you should get a call back.
