I have a shareware version of WRKSYSACT that can be run from multiple sessions and doesn't require performance tools - see below link. Incidentally the reason why WRKSYSACT can only be used by one person at a time is not because of limiting impact, but more likely due to the laziness of the programmer in not retrieving performance data the way WRKACTJOB does.
