My understanding is that a zero-interactive machine will allow a single
interactive session to use whatever resources it needs.  You would need
to be careful about having multiple sessions signed on.  It would not
have to be the console.  You would need to design your operations so
that you performed most tasks in batch.  For things like WRKACTJOB, you
could use the Operations Navigator equivalent.
