Dave, You should be able to get the Oracle creation scripts and convert them to DB2 relatively painlessly. Oracle is more flexible than DB2 and most Oracle databases do not used fixed length numeric values. What help do you have on the Oracle side? If you sit down at a PC with access to both systems you should be able to run Toad and Operations Navigator to pull scripts from Toad and then use Ops Nav to rebuild your files. Once you have the files re-created, I would use a Java program to copy the data using a select and insert loop for each file.
