Fiona, This is just a crazy guess, but have you tried to recompile (on your system) the CL that is running the command? I wonder if the problem is created by the CL being compiled at a different release level. Perhaps the bug is not specifically in the PRTDOC command, but in the OS back/forwards level support of the compiled command. Chuck <snip> > On executing a PRTDOC command, one of our batch jobs bombs out with the > following OfficeVision error on certain documents; > > PRTDOC DOC('61611324') FLR('ZGGNDE2/AMDWORD/0000266') OPTIONS(*OUTFILE) > OUTFILE(*LIBL/SPLWRD) <snip> > The document in question then becomes unviewable. <snip> > If we type PRTDOC (Document name) interactively, the offending document > prints OK. The developer is comparing all the defaults on the command > string but no clues as yet. > > Can anyone help out ? I'm out of ideas. > Fiona.fitzgerald@notes.royalsun.com >
