On executing a PRTDOC command, one of our batch jobs bombs out with the
following OfficeVision error on certain documents;

PRTDOC DOC('61611324') FLR('ZGGNDE2/AMDWORD/0000266') OPTIONS(*OUTFILE)
OUTFILE(*LIBL/SPLWRD)

Function check. OFC980E unmonitored by LJEUR1CA at statement 4400,
instruction X'0015'.

The document in question then becomes unviewable.

QSYSOPR then shows:

Message ID . . . . . . : CPI93B0

Message . . . . : Software problem data for QOTKD has been logged. Refer
to help text for additional information. If there is a solution to the
reported problem, your service provider may be able to send you the
solution electronically.

I had sent out an ECS service request, and logged the call with IBM Assist,
but IBM no longer support OfficeVision with PTFs. We are in the process of
converting our many many dlos to a non-Office solution.
IBM have never had this error reported! Consequently no fix is available.

If we type PRTDOC (Document name) interactively, the offending document
prints OK. The developer is comparing all the defaults on the command
string but no clues as yet.

Can anyone help out ? I'm out of ideas.
