Dear All We have a server job that receives various requests across TCP/IP. Upon receipt of a request, a spawn is created to actually process the request. This seems to work fine 99% of the time, but occasionally when attempting the spawn, an error is received, which says "system resources not available to complete request". The only recovery appears to be to end the job and restart it. There also appears to be an intermittent problem whereby the spawn processes remain active doing nothing. I suspect both may be related to a system resources problem. I should add that all of the code relating to both the server job and the spawns is written in C. Has anyone encountered similar problems? Any assistance greatly appreciated. Regards Mike
