It's not notes. I am using Notes and my sig is much smaller and I can delete it. It's a corporate policy. This person has to: 1) abide by policy 2) use an internet email program at work, like hotmail or yahoo, which may be against policy 3) unsubscribe from the list 4) use list only from home. I have two problems with that: my personal life and my home modem speed. I suggest tolerance.
