EDTOBJAUT in CL program?

We have a few files we need to change the object authority on so that we can
reorganize them in our daily
maintainance program.  These files are always in use during business hours,
and I don't particulary care to
wait around 'til 7:30 or 8:00 when everyone logs off to change the authority
on the files to give QPGMR the
rights to reorganize them.

Is there a way I can grant QPGMR, or any user for that matter, the authority
to a file inside of a CL program?
That way I could just submit the CL job to change the authority (I would
compile it with adopted authority
or to run under QSECOFR or such).

Yes, I know I could compile my reorganize program with adopted authority,
but adopted authority is something
I don't like using.
