Hey Leif, I missed the emoticon on your last message to Patricia. We've all been newbies. I think I've might have done this to the list too. I can figure out how to get Notes to filter new messages to different folders but I can't get the program to not send out of office messages to this list because of the 'Sent by' function. Perhaps a direct notice that in the future she uses something that will work for her email, not send out of office notifications to any internet accounts (sorry IBMers) or, unsubscribe during departure might have been more appropriate.
