I'm having trouble making mass changes to authority in the IFS.

Someone suggested that I use the QSHELL "chmod" command... Especially to
recursively change all directories and file in a tree.

Does anyone know what the command syntax would be to do the following:

Remove all authority from all files in a directory tree...

Add the equivalent *PUBLIC *ALL authority for all the same files in a
directory tree.
