If its anything like our check printer, it has to be within a certain distance of the AS/400. (I cant remember the exact figure at the moment, but I seem to remember 1000 yards) otherwise a PERLE controller (or similar) has to be used (which we do). >>> "Denise Bumgarner" <denise@lenoirmirror.com> 10/11/01 01:00PM >>> Hi Guys, We have an IBM 4224 printer that we use to print delivery tickets. I had to have it moved yesterday and now every time I try to print a delivery ticket, I get an error code of 01, which is end of forms. I have unloaded and reloaded the paper dozens of times and still get the same error. Does anyone out there know why this is happening and what I can do to fix it? The only person that knows anything about this printer won't be back until Monday.
