We have program provided by a vendor, that sometimes causes a msgw that needs to be answered... We don't have the source code for this batch job... but my question is this... How do I tell the system, to notify the user they need to answer a message... Is their an option for this at the system level, or do I need to use job api's set on a 1 minute delay to look for jobs with a msgw status, and notify the user that way... just wondering, tim...
