Have you tried setting up a share on the target PC and using, from your
400:
MD '/QNTC/pcname'
WRKLNK '/QNTC/pcname/*'
CPY OBJ('/rob/spool2.txt')
    TOOBJ('/qntc/rob/qtemp/spool3.txt')
If you can figure out the TOCCSID parameter, let me know.

I am not saying this is better, or worse, but an alternative.

Does anyone know how I could programmatically transfer a file from the IFS
to either a Novell or NT system? I know I could FTP the files, but is there
a better way?
