It is a common enough occurrence across the web however. Still, I prefer it to the alternative of no notice at all but a pop-up message box saying "Server not responding" or similar. (OTOH, I've noticed a major drop during the past year in the number of "Server too busy" pages that were all too common before. Technology does advance.)
