Here in the states, if you're not an IBM maintenance customer, you can
(last I heard) order PTFs only by faxing a request to IBM.

I need to order cume & group PTFs for a system we have in the U.K., and
this particular system is not covered by IBM maintenance.  I found the
IBM web site that pertains to ordering PTFs here in the states, but came
up absolutely, frustratingly empty, when trying to find this info for
U.K.  Yes, I found the "Select a country" thingy and took U.K., but
navigation to PTFs quickly went south from there.

A specific web site, or other information, would be GREATLY appreciated!
