Just Upgraded to v5r1... What's is this?

We just upgraded from v4.4 to v5.1 and we have noticed a small hit on
performance.
We don't know what is causing it, yet.  This machine is just our
development machine so
performance is not that important, but we did the dev machine first to run
throught the upgrade once...
Has any one else not performance degradation and what did you do to fix
it...

also when doing a wrksysact I saw this come up.
