That's a useful clarification. Thanks. Still, it's possible that the original problem can be resolved simply by varying on devices that are off. And with your info, if it does resolve the problem, it's probably a good idea to see who's having trouble getting logged on, just in case a user needs help or there's deliberate attempts that haven't been noticed otherwise.
