If I'm not mistaken, the model 200 does not need a MULIC tape even though it is
CISC.  I think all you'll need are the V3R2 OS & LPP tapes -- plus possibly a
new system password.

And of couse IBM (most likely) won't give a new system password except to the
original licensee; V3R2 is not considered transferrable.

I suppose for a d/r training, doing a scratch install/reload and being given a
new 70-day grace period may be sufficient for the purpose of each training
course.
