They are more comfortable using Access.

I don't remember for sure, but I believe there is some updating, they are
not directly accessing the same files that the accounting departments are
accessing, they are using different files for this. I don't really know how
everything works in the background (I didn't develop it).

It's interesting that management is using Access.  Apparently they must have
some technical savvy.  Would that be a fair observation?  Do they use Access
for data update?  Or just inquiry?
