This gives me an idea.

Some OS have some standard identifications for the equivalent of QSECOFR.
We might want to have a list of them for the purpose either of making sure
none on our AS/400, or setting them up with minimal access to anything, in
anticipation of future hacker using a sign-on that is standard to other
platforms.
