Good day

I've got tremendous performance problems once I start the SMTP service.
I noticed that if I check with WRKSYSACT I have a lot of jobs running
(QTMSCLCP and QTMSSRCP) which are slowing down the machines
Performance. I tried to reduce the maximum number of jobs (QTMSCLCP and
QTMSSRCP)
With CHGPJE but now I get following message in QSYSOPR: Not all
requested prestart jobs started.
Does anybody have an idea how I could solve my performance problem
without additional HW.
