How is your AS400 performing? Are you maxing out the CPU? This can cause the NIC to overrun the buffer if the CPU cannot pull the data off due to an over worked system. We started having these problems on our 510/2143. We were running at ++++ for several hours during the day. After we upgraded to a 720 all our problems went away. Christopher K.
