If possible, why not go ahead and upgrade to V4r5 and get a
little more current ??? I'm not sure IBM will even answer questions
about V4R3 any more. The V4R5 is pretty quick and easy and you end
up with the same results as a reload and lessen the chances of
screwing up system setting by doing a reload.
