Not good with PTF's lying around!  I've known CLRLIB QRPLOBJ bring down a
system!  You're better doing a WRKOBJ and clearing down stuff you know can
go, old programs etc from your own libraries, and the stuff from the
defunct LICPGM's.  My *guess* is that the RMVPTF command needs to get
pre-PTF stuff from QRPLOBJ and if it doesn't find it, it throws it's
teddybear out of the pram.
No junk in QRCL that can be got rid of?
RCLSPLSTG?
Any performance data which can go?
