RE: iPTF setup

I tried the Eastern setting ... no luck so far.  I'll keep plugging away -
I've got to get it working.  Problems can be good if they help you to
understand the issues a little better!

You would have thought it didnt matter but IBM in there wisdom(!) have put
some checks in - probably based on the IP netblock - to make sure you only
use the hemisphere they have placed you in and you just get a cryptic error
code if you use the wrong one.
