What type of Authority does PHIL have on the restored to library?

>>> Paul Jackson <paulgjackson@yahoo.com> 08/15/01 01:43PM >>>
Ooops, sorry. In my example PHIL should have had *ALL
authority:

Original Object PGMA

Owner. . . . BOB
BOB      *ALL
PHIL     *ALL
*PUBLIC  *CHANGE

Saved to a save file (SAVOBJ) and then restored
(RSTOBJ) to a different library. Resulting
authority:

Owner. . . . BOB
BOB      *ALL
*PUBLIC  *CHANGE
