you did not say that it could not be in MI... <vbg>
two parms, just like triggers. First is the journal entry record, second is
the control flag. '0' is no entry available (timeout, like a data queue) '1'
is entry is available, set it to '9' and you terminate the processing.
this particular example looks at the audit journal and records object
changes to a data queue where they can be further processed by another set
of programs.
