For one, this RSA version of V5R1 SLIC will not properly support Partial
Processor LPARs without significant PTF activity.  (pLEASE dON'T aSK mE
hOW i kNOW tHIS...)

It's my understanding they just don't want the buggers floating around.
Making you send it back accounts for them. Asking you to "bust 'em good"
has no accountability.
