dead end?

I was reading through old emails and fond this question - just have to
respond. DBCS support in OS/400 a dead end? Not likely. IBM has a
very nice market presence in Asia, and unless someone convinces the
Japanese and Chinese to junk their 1000's year old character sets for
Latin letters, I think DBCS support has a very secure future. ;^)
