  • Subject: IBM's web sites vs Code Red?

Seems like IBM's PMR websites are still toast, 'Retain Error 23'. I had
this problem Sunday night, most of Monday, most of Tuesday, and now today.
I call the number suggested, 800-237-5511 to report the issue (and get
reminded of why I like to initially report a problem via the internet
instead of to someone who writes down every 5th word). They are having
problems even internally accessing Retain.
