Um, I was surprised upon reading this today that there were no responses to your post. In my experience, we have had to be on IBM maintenance to be able to order cume PTFs via ECS. Non-IBM maintenance customers otherwise had to fax their cume PTF order to IBM.

When you order your cume PTFs through ECS, is IBM the provider? Or your maintenance company?

We have no support from IBM but regularly order cum PTF's via ECS. No
problems at all.

They normally arrive in two days (In the UK)
