Advertising dollars dropped because software has gone to
pot.  In other words, instead of A company advertising
something like RDA that actually works, they're advertising
with triple the money on some crappy "enterprise system"
that doesn't solve any problems.  Thus, losing money and
losing advertising.

Think about it this way.  What is the last piece of software
you purchased for your iSeries that you saw an add for?
Were you satisfied?
