The question still comes up:  Why should it matter if the user is signed on
multiple times, at different workstations; versus multiple sessions at the
same workstation?  Are user profiles shared among physically different
people?  Or is this an attempt to see if someone doesn't attempt to thwart
your software products license agreement by sharing profiles, yet not
punish them for using multisession terminals on the same PC.  (Of course,
multisession dumb terminals would get penalized.)

Each terminal should count separately. So the same person signed onto two
different terminals would count twice.

Users that are signed on with single sessions to different terminals should
be counted how? as one user or as several users? if as one user, then
why can't you simply count different users no matter what  terminal(s) they
are using?
