I would postulate that the people at the top of the taxation bracket
probably have the highest level of Representation that Money can buy.     I
feel that the diversity of the leadership is fantastic.    Imagine,
executives from 3 Different oil companies are in the white house.

But rethinking on this,  you're probably right.   The lowest taxation group
most likely have the highest number of high paid lobbyists representing
their interests and have been named to cabinet posts.
