Wow, I hadn't really thought of this scenario. But, I would want to count
this as 10. Each user, per terminal.

 What we want to accomplish is an accurate count of user's using terminals.
If the user is signed on multiple times to the same physical device, we
really only want to count that once. If for some odd reason, they want to
have two people signed on to the the same terminal (device) at the same
time, I'm comfortable with counting it twice. I'm trying to keep the request
as simple as possible, but users are important because I'm actually going to
look at the accounting code of the user to further define what they are
doing. But I first have to get past the first hurdle - counting each
user/terminal.



<<so, if another user signs on to the same five terminals while the
<<first user has not yet signed off, should the total count now be 5 or 10?
