> Yes, it's the drill down piece that adds the complexity. I am very ignorant of GUI programming so I appreciate your analysis. Is it practical to have a LINK (blue underline) to a search engine whose output is an SQL or Query driven get at the information, in which the process through DB/2 indexing identifies which fields are common & thus they can be LINK (blue underlined) to get at more information about what contents we have on that field. I am just thinking aloud, and not very effectively, on how to deliver value to GUI users that parallels what we now have on Green Screen, except give them the best that is available instead of rewriting what we now have to deliver the same thing in a different medium.
