I haven't tested this for several releases, but an RPG pgm used to be a LOT
faster than cpyf.
Delete and recreate the LF's if you can.
Don't use the "K"eyed read, do a ---- Read-DoW Not %eof-Write-Read ---- loop
and increase blocking factor in the CL.  You can cut down that time
significantly.
