RE: AS/400 "ACT" type software ?

There are a couple out there.  And Support Net actually wrote one in
1993 call "Ally" that was quite good.  The problem was they never
figured out how to sell it so it never got out of the Version 1.0
stage.  But it is really quite good and very flexible with lots of exit
points, bells & whistles, etc.  You might give them a call and see if
they would sell you a copy cheap.  Their phone number is 317-735-0200.

And keep in mind.  It is rare that I say something nice about Support
Net....I used to work there <g>
