I had started to notice that the News/400 had been getting a little thin also. I found some old issues from 1993 that had 250 pages, 1999 issues with 150 pages, and now the July 2001 with 104. Magazines like Midrange Computing and News/400 used to be one of the few sources of technical information. I am sure that advertising revenue is down but I wonder how subscriptions have been doing. With all of the mailing lists and search engines out there it is hard not to find a lot of information on whatever it is that you need to know. Will this same trend continue with user groups and seminars? +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
