I am trying to install an IBM 3580 tape drive to my model 720 AS400. I am taking off a 9348 reel tape drive. I understand all the installation except setting the SCSI ID. My question: How do I tell what the SCSI ID is of my old 9348 so I can use that on my new 3580? Should I let autoconfi set up the 3580 also after setting the SCSI ID? My old 7208 8mm has a SCSI of 0. The 9348 has no such display. +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
