and you will continue to get conflicting recommendations. because the
questions are tougher than that: "how tight is your system", what is
constrained in your environment, how much effort do you want to put into
tuning, etc.

Try and see if you like it. If you notice a difference and it's good, leave
it. If you notice a difference and 80% of the time it's bad, change it back.
If you notice no difference, leave it.
