Phil, it seems your Subsystem is still using a "Routing Entry" named as in the
original Subsystem you copied definitions from.
One of the parms mentioned in a Routing Entry is the "CLASS"  (i.e. and Object 
or
type *CLS...) jobs routing thru that entry will use ...
The message is only saying:
        Cause . . . . . :   The class CRS_PRTDEV in library DVPDOB ...

Check your RESTARTDEV Subsystem Description and check its Routing Entires and 
the
Class parameters they reference...
